摘　　要：石油既是一种重要的自然资源,又是一种战略资源,对于经济高速发展的中国来说,具有极其重要的地位,需要引起我们足够的重视,需要积极采取必要的手段来保障石油的供给和石油能源的安全。在石油现货市场充分发展和逐步完善的同时,需要积极探索新的途径来进行合理的规划,由于石油期货市场的建设已经被提上了议事日程,对于石油期货市场的建设需要,要有合理的法律制度来进行必要的引导和合理的规制,以保障石油期货市场的规范化运作和良好发展。Oil is not only an important natural resource, but also a strategic resource. With the rapid economic development in China, Oil has an extremely important Status. We need to give enough attention and actively to take necessary measures to ensure the oil supply and energy security. With the full development and gradually improvement of the oil market, we need actively to explore new ways to carry out reasonable plan, so the construction of the oil futures market has been put on the agenda. In order to realize the standardized operation and favorable development, the construction of oil futures market requires a reasonable legal system to guide and regulate.
