摘 要:变容量、电子膨胀阀和微机控制等先进技术在制冷系统的广泛应用需要可靠高效的系统控制,而制冷剂蒸发过程及蒸发器出口状态的不稳定性严重困扰着制冷系统控制策略的确定。本文建立了制冷剂蒸发过程不稳定流动试验装置,并对制冷剂在水平直管内蒸发过程及蒸发器出口状态的不稳定性进行了试验研究。在对研究结果进行分析后,特别是对影响蒸发过程的主要参数进行研究分析后,在制冷剂蒸发过程不稳定流动特性和影响因素方面进行了初步归纳和推测,认为流量波动和流型转换是引起不稳定的重要因素。The reliable and effective control is very important for the refrigeration systems with the advanced techniques such as variable capacity,electronic expansion valve and computer control.Howerver,the right control strategy cannot be established since the instability of refrigerant two-phase flow through the evaporator and instability of refrigerant state at the evaoprator outlet remain unsloved.In this paper,a set of experimental instruments on instable flow in the course of refrigerant's evaporation is built,and the instablity in the course of refrigerant's evaporation in horizontal straight pipe and at the outlet of evaporator is investigated.As the analysis results show,especially for the analysis and investigation of the main parameter that influnce the evaporation course,we make some conclusions and conjectures in the aspects of influencing factor and characteristic of instable flow in the course of refrigerant's evaporation.The fluctuation of flux and conversion of flow pattern should be considered to be the significant factor which conduce to the instability.
