摘　　要：生态工业园区是实施可持续发展战略的一种新型工业组织形式,本文立足于青海工业园区发展的现状及青海特殊的生态地位,认为基于循环经济理念的青海生态型工业园区发展模式是探索和寻求生态保护和经济发展相耦合的关键。The ecology industry garden area is implements the sustainable developmental strategy one new industrial organization form, this article bases on the Qinghai industry garden area development present situation and the Qinghai special ecology status, thought is explores and seeks the ecology protection and the economical development coupling key based on the circulation economical idea Qinghai ecotype industry garden area development pattern.
