摘　　要：受自然分形、历史演化与经济制度的影响,我国区域耕地保护的压力极不均衡,发达地区与相对落后区域在用地空间上存在明显差异。从保障粮食安全,促进社会和谐、稳定的角度出发,在深入分析区域资源优势、产业自身结构、生态作用所衍生的经济价值及其对区域经济社会发展贡献力的基础上,探讨耕地保护区域经济补偿的体系建设具有十分重要的意义。文章还从补偿主体与受体、执行过程与监督方面提出了实现耕地保护区域经济补偿的配套机制,为使补偿的程序与要求进入法制化轨道奠定了基础。Under the influence of natural,historical evolution and the economic system,the pressure of regional farmland protection in China is extremely uneven.From the point of view of ensuring food security and promoting social harmony and stability,it is very important that on the basis of analyzing the advantages of regional resources,the industrial structure,and the economic value that derived from ecological role and its contribution to regional economic and social development.The paper offers the supporting mechanisms for realizing compensation for regional economies of farmland protection from the aspects of compensating for subject and receptor,the implementation and supervision.
