星齿行星传动中针齿的有限元分析

摘　　要：介绍了星齿行星传动的工作原理,在此基础上对作为销轴的针齿上加均载环前后2种情况分别进行了有限元分析,并对其应力应变进行对比,说明了均载环在星齿行星传动中的作用。The basic working principle of the star gear planet transmission first was summarized. The finite element method was used to analyse the needle gear which is used as plug before and after installing load balance ring, and the stress and straine were compared. The function of load balance ring was provided in the star gear planet transmission.
