摘　　要：亚温淬火条件下，淬火温度和回火温度对45钢强度及硬度有影响，分析了亚温淬火后的组织与性能。实验发现，在740～800℃，随淬火温度的升高，其强度和硬度升高，并减少了淬火裂纹。The temperature of quench and temper can influence 45 steel strength and hardness on the condition of sub -temperature quench, and analyze the structure and performance after sub -temperature quenching. The test shows the strength and hardness of 45 steel are raised within 740 -800℃ with the increase of quenching temperature. And it can reduce quenching crack.
