摘　　要：中国国防支出在1978年来绝对总量是不断增长的,但是与中国国防支出总额叠创新高不同,中国防务负担(国防支出占GDP的比重)近年来一直在低位徘徊。中国增长的国防开支都是有根据的,是中国在发展有特色的社会主义道路上的必经之路。中国的和平发展道路是一条与以往大国崛起不同的、新的发展道路,其精髓就是坚持走和平发展道路。The absolute volume of Chinese Defense Expenditure since 1978 is growing, but Chinese Defense Burden （Defense Expenditures accounted for the proportion of GDP） has been stagnant in recent years. In fact the growth of Chinese defense spending is reasonable. It is the only way on the road in the development of Chinese socialist characteristics construction.The peaceful development is a new road that different from other countries. It＇ s essence is peace and development.
