先力腾治疗下呼吸道细菌感染的临床评价

摘　　要：目的：评价先力腾治疗呼吸道细菌感染的临床疗效和安全性。方法：３５例呼吸道感染病人采用先力腾治疗，ｐｏ４００ｍｇ／次，ｑｄ，疗程７～１０ｄ。结果：治疗总有效率为８５７％，细菌清除率为９００％，无明显不良反应发生。此外还将分离的３０株细菌行药敏试验，结果先力腾敏感率为８６７％，对大多数Ｇ－杆菌和部分Ｇ＋球菌敏感，较头孢呋辛和头孢克罗敏感。结论：先力腾为治疗呼吸道感染有效和安全的口服抗生素。OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ceftibuten in the treatment of bacterial infections of lower respiratory tract. METHODS: 35 patients with lower respiratory tract infections were treated with ceftibuten at a daily dose of 400 mg for 7～10 days. RESULTS: An effective rate of 85. 7% and a bacterial eradication rate of 90% were obtained without any obvious ADRs. A sensitivity rate of 86.7% was obtained in a drug sensitive test conducted in 30 strains of isolated bacteria and most isolated Gramnegative baccilli and some Grampositive coccii were sensitive to the drug. Its sensitive rate was higher than that of cefaclor and cefuroxime. CONCLUSION: Ceftibuten is an effective and safe antibiotic for treatment of respiratory tract infections.
