柴胡疏肝散合黄连温胆汤加减治疗肝郁湿热型胃痛证40例

摘　　要：目的:观察柴胡疏肝散合黄连温胆汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎肝郁湿热型的临床疗效。方法:选择符合纳入标准的病例40例,采用柴胡疏肝散合黄连温胆汤治疗,治疗1疗程后观察患者的临床疗效、胃镜改善情况。结果:40例中,近期治愈11例,好转22例,无效7例,总有效率82.5%。提示:柴胡疏肝散合黄连温胆汤能明显改善肝郁湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎患者的临床症状,减轻胃镜下黏膜充血、水肿、糜烂、出血点及组织病理学炎症的损害。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu Shugan san and Huanglian Wendan Tang on treating stagnation of liver Qi and damp-heat syndrome of chronic superficial gastritis.Methods：40 patients were selected.They were treated by Chaihu Shugan San and Huanglian Wendan Tang. At the end of one treatment course,the clinical symptoms,gastric mucosa under gastroscope were examined.Results：Of the 40 cases treated,11 were cured,22 improved,and 7 failed. The total effective rate was 82.5%. Conclusion：Chaihu Shugan San and Huanglian Wendan Tang could improve the symptoms of chronic gastritis,egulating and improving the pathology change of gastricmucos.
