电围针结合叩刺治疗带状疱疹的对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨电围针结合叩刺治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将42例患者随机分为电围针结合叩刺治疗组和药物对照组各21例进行疗效对比,且应用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价两组治疗后疼痛的改善情况。结果:经治疗以后,治疗组有效率95.2%,对照组有效率61.9%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组VAS评分较对照组明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:电围针结合叩刺治疗带状疱疹是有效的疗法之一。Objective：To investigate the curative effect of surrounding electroacupuncture combined with tapping by plum-blossom needle therapy on herpes zoster.Methods：42cases of herpes zoster were randomly divided into the treatment group treated with surrounding electroacupuncture combined with tapping by plum-blossom needle therapy,and the control group treated with medicine,21 cases in each group.Their therapeutic effects were compared.Before and after treatment,symptoms of pain were evaluated by visual analogue scales（VAS）.Results：After treatment the cured rate was 95.2% in the treatment group and 61.9% in the control group.The treatment group improved more significantly than that of the control groups（ P〈0.05）. The VAS of treatment group was decreased obviously than that of control groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Surrounding electroacupuncture combined with tapping by plum-blossom needle therapy is effective method for herpes zoster.
