消臌软坚丸对肝硬化大鼠肝组织病理学和转化生长因子-α的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察消臌软坚丸对肝硬化大鼠肝组织病理学和转化生长因子-α(TGF-α)的影响。方法:采用复合因素造模法复制肝硬化大鼠模型,以复方鳖甲软肝片为对照,观察消臌软坚丸对大鼠肝脏病理形态学和TGF-α的影响。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠肝间质广泛纤维组织增生,将正常肝小叶分割成大小不等的肝细胞团(即假小叶形成),血清和肝组织TGF-α含量明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与模型组比较,高、低剂量组和对照组肝小叶结构亦受损,少量纤维组织增生,但未见形成间隔。血清和肝组织TGF-α含量明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:消臌软坚丸能显著改善肝硬化大鼠的肝脏病理组织学损害,同时可降低血清和肝组织TGF-α水平,具有显著的抗肝脏纤维化,阻断肝硬化进程的作用,对腹水的产生与消退也产生积极的影响。Objective：To observe the effect of Xiaoguruanjian pill on liver Cirrhosis rats blood and liver transforming growth factor-α（TGF-α）. Methods：reproduced the rats models of cirrhosis by adopting complex factors,compared with Fufangbiejiaruanganpian,the effect of Xiaoguruanjian Pill on hepatic pathology and TGF-αwere observed. Results：Compared with normal group,extensive fibrous tissue hyperplasia can be seen in hepatic mesenchyme of the model group,the liver pseudolobule formed,the contents of TGF-αin serum and liver were increased（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Compared with model group,there were a few fibrous tissue hyperplasia in high-dosage group,low-dosage group and control group,no fibrotic septa formed. the contents of TGF-αin serum and liver were decreased（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Xiaoguruanjian pill could obviously improve the cirrhosis rat pathology,decrease the contents of TGF-αin serum and liver,decrease or restrain the happening or development of ascites.
