摘　　要：目的:研究疮愈速的实验大鼠的疮疡模型药效。方法:采用金黄色葡萄球菌(皮下注射悬液)和化脓性链球菌(涂布伤口)感染制作大鼠疮疡模型,观察对各项相关指标的影响。结果:疮愈速对疮疡模型大鼠具有降低疮口愈合积分值、增加补体C3及lgG、1gM含量、增加脓性分泌物中溶菌酶含量、增加胸腺指数及脾脏指数的作用(P<0.05～P<0.001),且作用优于阳性对照组(P<0.05)。结论:该药的主要作用机制是促进伤口愈合、抗菌消炎、增强机体免疫功能。具有祛腐生肌、散瘀止痛的功效。Objecive：Research Chuang more soon of the pyocutaneous model efficacy of medicine of the experiment big rat.Methods：Adoption golden color staphylococcus（the subcutaneous injection hang a liquid） and the maturation streptococci（coating wound） infection creation big rat pyocutaneous model,observation to each item related index sign of influence.Results：The Chuang soon has to lower a Chuang to the model of pyocutaneous big rat more heal integral calculus value,increment repair the body C3 and lgG,1 gM content,increment the Nong dissolve a germ Mao content in the secretion,increment thymus gland index numberand spleen index number of function（P〈0.05～P〈0.001）,and the function be better than masculine gender matched control.（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It＇s the main function mechanism of medicine＇s turn to is to help the wound to heal,anti-virus eliminate inflammation,strengthen the machine body immunity function.Have to dispel putridity to promote tissue regeneration and resolve bolld stasis and relieve pain.
