摘  要:在中澳两国传统文化的交流中,中医推拿学的交流占有非常重要的地位。自推拿传播到澳大利亚,经历了传入衰落、接纳使用、直至发展的艰难历程。纵观中医推拿在澳大利亚的历史发展情况,揭示出中澳两国对推拿的认知异同。从推拿教育特点,尤其在课程分类、学制与课时、实践技能的培养等方面进行比较,探讨中澳两国高等中医教育中的推拿教育现状,对我国更好地进行推拿对外教育将有所启迪;同时如何保持中医特色、继承发扬推拿精髓的有效内容和形式,是中医推拿教育工作者探索的重点。The communication of tuina(Chinese massage) which plays a very important part in Sino-Australian tradition of cultural communication. It experienced difficult marching of decline,acceptance,application,development since tuina(Chinese massage) has introduced into Australia. According to the development of tuina(Chinese massage) historical in Australia,It shows the similarities and differences of cognitive in Sino-Australian tuina(Chinese massage). Comparing to the characteristics of tuina(Chinese massage) education in this essay,especially in the course classification,the time of learning,cultivate of practice skills... etc and discuss the higher education of tuina(Chinese massage) situation in Sino-Australian. It is good for us to teach tuina(Chinese massage )to foreign countries,it is also important for us how to maintain the characteristics of tuina(Chinese massage) and inherit the essence of effective content and the form of Chinese massage. That is an emphasis for educators to explore the tuina(Chinese massage).
