摘　　要：针对乙醛装置的除沫器结构复杂、内衬复合层修复工艺复杂,以及技术要求高等特点进行分析,文章叙述了采用新材料新技术能实现除沫器的成功检修,填补了国内大型衬胶衬砖设备修复的空白。In view of acetaldehyde devices demister complex structure of composite layer lining repair technology complex, characterized by high technical requirements, through analysis of its structure, the use of new materials, new technologies, achieving success demister overhaul to fill large rubber lining lining brick equipment repair gaps.
