摘　　要：水电工程移民生产安置是关系到移民的生产水平能否恢复或超过安置前的生产水平的问题。文章以向家坝和三板溪水电工程移民安置环境影响评价实践为基础,提出了移民生产安置产生环境影响评价内容和方法,旨在为其它水电工程移民安置环境影响评价提供借鉴。Resettlement is related to whether the production level of immigrants can resume or surpass the production level before the resettlement. By resettlement environmental impact assessment practice in Xiangjiaba and Sanbanxi Hydropower Project, we propose the content and methods of environmental impact assessment. The research is helpful to other related environmental impact assessment for reference.
