摘 要:利用VB、MATLAB和SQL Server设计了一个红霉素发酵过程的上位机监控系统,能对红霉素发酵过程的温度、pH、溶氧DO、转速n等参数进行数据采集、处理,并采用神经网络算法来预测菌丝浓度、基质浓度和产物浓度,同时根据参数值将相应的控制量传送给下位机来实现对参数的实时控制。该系统具有良好的数据处理能力和图像显示能力,通过监控界面操作,能方便地实现对红霉素发酵过程的实时监控和自动控制,优化生产工艺,提高设备的可用率。In this paper, a monitoring and control system of erythromycin fed - batch fermentation process is designed by using VB, MATLAB and SQL Server. The measured values of some process variables, such as temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen and rotate speed n etc., are collected and processed. A neural network is used to estimate three important variables such as hypha density, total sugar density and product density, based on the measured pH and dissolved oxygen levels. The relevant control variables of process variables are transmitted to a lower computer to control the process variables in real time according to the measured process variables. This system has good capabilities in data processing and image display and of being convenient to realize the real-time monitoring and automatic control of the fermentation process using the monitoring interface. It can also optimize the production craft and improve equipment usability.
