摘  要:以钼酸钠为原料,通过简单的液相脱水反应,首次在常压、较低温度下大规模合成了介稳的六方相MoO3纳米棒。用x-射线衍射,透射电子显微镜、场发射扫描电子显微镜、高分辨透射电子显微镜等对所制备的样品进行表征。结果表明,所制备的样品为纯的六方相MoO3纳米棒,直径约100~400nm,长度可达几个微米,纳米棒沿着六方相MoO3(101)面的法线方向生长。同时,实验结果表明,所制备的MoO3样品对亚甲基蓝溶液表现出良好的光催化降解性能,实验条件下,最大脱色率可达到94.7%。The hexagonal MoO3 nanorods have been successfully synthesized on a large scale for the first time via a simple solution approach under mild synthesis conditions. The material was investigated by a variety of techniques, including x- ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and high -resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). The results indicated that the prepared samples were hexagonal MoO3 nanorods with diameters and lengths in the range of 100 -400 nm and 1 -6 μm respectively. HRTEM image reveals that the nanotube was of single crystal and growth direction along the normal of ( 101 ) direction. In addition, the properties of the as - synthesized nanorods were investigated as photo - catalyst in degradation of methyleneblue. The result shows that the decoloration - rate can reach to 94. 7% under our experiments.
