摘 要:采用快速碳化试验方法,研究了水胶比、粗骨料体积含量以及砂浆稠度等因素对中等强度自密实混凝土碳化性能的影响,分析了自密实混凝土碳化深度与其抗压强度之间的关系,并对自密实混凝土碳化寿命进行了理论预测。结果表明,水胶比、粗骨料体积含量以及砂浆稠度均对自密实混凝土的碳化性能存在不同程度的影响,自密实混凝土的碳化深度与其抗压强度之间存在显著的线性相关性,自密实混凝土碳化性能与普通混凝土相似。在合理设计和养护条件下,自密实混凝土具有足够的碳化寿命。Effects of factors such as water to binder ratio (W/B), volume of coarse aggregate (Va) and consistency of mortar (Vs/Vm) on carbonation of medium strength level self-compacting concrete (SCC) were investigated by rapid carbonation test. The relationship between carbonation depth of SCC and its compressive strength was also studied. And further the carbonation service life of SCC was predicted according to diffusion theory model. Results indicate that parameters of W/B, Va and Vs/Vm have influence on carbonation property of SCC to different degree. There is a close linear relationship between carbonation depth and compressive strength of SCC. The carbonation property of SCC is the same as that of ordinary concrete. SCC will provide with enough carbonation service life under reasonable design and adequate curing conditions.
