摘  要:采用强度试验法研究了不同激发剂对于热激发煤矸石以及煤矸石水泥的激发作用。结果表明,随着Ca(OH)2掺量的增大,对热激发煤矸石以及煤矸石水泥的激发效果都出现先增后减的趋势,存在一最佳掺量。Na2SO4对热激发煤矸石以及煤矸石水泥的激发效果都随着激发剂掺量的增加而增大。Ca(OH)2和Na2SO4对煤矸石及煤矸石水泥具有相似的激发效果,显示出其与煤矸石水泥具有相容性。Na2SiO3对热激发煤矸石的激发,随其掺量的增大,出现先增后减的趋势,存在一最佳掺量。而对于煤矸石水泥,激发剂的掺入以及随着其掺量的增大,煤矸石水泥的强度显著降低,显示出Na2SiO3与煤矸石水泥具有不相容性。The activation of different chemical accelerants on calcined coal gangue and coal gangue cement has been studied by strength method. The result indicates that with the increase of dosage of Ca(OH)2, the activations on calcined coal gangue and coal gangue cement show the same feature that they increase at first, then decrease. There is an optimum dosage. Within the researched range of the dosage of Na2SO4, both of the activations on calcined coal gangue and coal gangue cement get strong with the increase of dosage of Na2SO4. The same character of activations on calcined coal gangue and coal gangue cement shows that the chemical accelerants are adaptable to coal gangue cement. The activation of Na2SiO3 on chlcined coal gangue shows the same feature with that of Ca (OH)2. But it is different from that on coal cement that shows the activation decreases with the increase of dosage of Na2SiO3. The later shows that the chemical accelerant isn't adaptable to coal gangue cement.
