摘  要:以天然麦饭石为载体,在一定条件下通过液相离子交换反应,制备载锌麦饭石无机抗菌剂。对抗菌剂的抗菌性和耐久性进行了研究,并对其中Zn2+与载体的结合方式及其形态结构进行了表征。结果表明,在硝酸锌浓度为1.0 mol/L、搅拌时间6 h、反应温度60℃时,制备的麦饭石抗菌剂具有优异的抗菌性和耐久性。其原因主要在于该抗菌剂中的锌大多以离子形式存在,均匀分布在麦饭石的部分孔道中,赋予该抗菌剂良好的抗菌性;而且Zn2+能从载体上持久地释放出来,从而保持了持久的抗菌能力。The medical stone inorganic antibacterial agent carrying Zn^2+ was prepared by liquid ion exchange reaction under certain conditions taking natural medical stone as carrier. The antibacterial activity and durability of the as-prepared autibacterial agent were studied. The combination mode of Zn^2+ and carrier and its morphological structure were characterized. The results show that when 1 mol/L zinc nitrate concentration, stirring period for 6 hours,at reaction temperature 60 ℃,the prepared medical stone antibacterial agent has good antibacterial activity and durability, which result from the zinc in antibacterial agent mostly existed in forms of ions and uniformly distributed in part of medical stone porous channel so that the antibacterial agent is endued with good antibacterial activity;and Zn^2+ could be released continually from medical stone carrier to keep sustained antibiosis.
