人口年龄结构转变对我国综合要素生产率的影响——基于人力资本的视角

摘　　要：通过人口普查资料重新构建了年龄别人力资本存量,利用28个省份1983-2007年间的面板数据分析了年龄别人力资本对综合要素生产率的影响。发现人力资本对综合要素生产率的贡献存在着阈值效应,只有高存量的年龄别人力资本才会有促进作用。Based on the nearly three census data the author reconstructed the date of age-human capital of 28 provinces＇ between 1983 and 2007,using of which the author also analysised the affection of age-human capital on TPF.
