摘　　要：叙事是一种古老的思想道德教育方式,它通过故事传递价值,引导人生,能有效地促进大学生的健康成长。叙事作为高校辅导员思想教育方式,它的引进是对现有高校辅导员思想教育理念和方式的一种革新,将有效地促进高校辅导员思想教育工作的发展。Narration is an ancient method of ideological and moral education, it delivery the valves and guide life through stories, can be effective in promoting university students＇ health）, growth, as a way of ideological education, it is a innovation to the exiting one which using by college counselors now, and will be developing college counselors＇ work of ideological education greatly.
