摘　　要：本文主要在介绍网络信息资源含义和特点的基础上,从多层次对网络信息资源及其管理存在的问题进行了深入探讨与解析。提出了网络信息资源管理的对策建议,进而提出了网络信息资源管理的发展方向。This paper mainly introduce the network of information resources at the meaning and characteristics of foundation on, from the multi- level information on network resources and their management issues exist in-depth discussions and analysis. A network of information resources management countermeasures and＇suggestions, and then put forward a network of information resources management in the direction of development.
