摘 要:进行了高模炭(石墨)纤维工艺的研究。对五种用作石墨化原料的炭纤维进行了评价,选择其中四种进行了石墨化工艺的研究。结果表明,当原料纤维抗拉强度达到3.5GPa,模量在230GPa以上时,采用石墨化温度为2500℃以上时,可制得强度为2.7GPa,模量390GPa的炭(石墨)纤维。同时,,还对高模量炭纤维的表面处理技术进行了研究。The processing technology of high modulus carbon fibers were studied.Five batches of carbon fibers used as graphitization precursors were evaluated. The graphitization procedure was carried out in a high-temperature tubular furnace. The conditions of graphitization technology were investigated. It was shown that the tensile strength of graphite fibers achieved 27GPa and modulus 390GPa after 2500℃ graphitization,while the carbon fiber precursors had corresponding values of 3.5GPa and 230GPa,respectively. In addition,the surface treatment of graphite fibers for epoxy resin coating was examined.
