摘  要:为有效利用外引稻种资源,将引进的83份国际水稻所GUVA项目粳稻品系在云南中海拔稻区种植,对株高、有效分蘖数、剑叶长、剑叶宽、穗长、每穗总粒数、每穗实粒数、结实率、千粒重等9个农艺性状进行主成分分析,并据此对引进品系进行聚类。结果表明,引进品系可划分成4大类群:第一大类群为半矮秆多蘖大叶大穗类型,共12个材料,各品系综合经济性状较好;第二大类群为半矮秆少蘖大粒类型,共21个材料,估测产量最低,但各品系的千粒重最高,可作为大粒种质资源用于粳稻品种粒型的改良;第三大类群为半矮秆中穗小粒类型,共18个材料,各品系综合经济性状一般,产量中等,难于直接利用;第四大类群属于半矮秆多蘖小叶小穗类型,共32个材料,此类材料因植株矮、多穗、结实率高,可作不育系转育的候选材料。For effective use of rice materials introduced from IRRI-GUVA program, a total of 83 Japonica lines was cultivated at a middle altitude area in Yunnan. Main principle and cluster analysis were carried out based on data of 9 agronomic traits. The Japonica lines were clustered into 4 groups. One group containing 12 lines had large panicle, flag leaf,with middle short stem,large number of panicles, and they had good economy traits. The second one containing 21 lines had large grains, with middle short stem and less number of panicles, and they could be used to improve the grain size of Japonica hybrids. The third one which contained 18 lines had small grains with middle short stem, middle panicles,their traits can not be used directly. The fourth group containing 32 lines had small panicles, flag leaf , with middle short stem and large number of panicles ,they can be used to cross with CMS maintainer lines in development of new maintainers.
