摘  要:选取马切苏芒和三年芒的完全成熟和未成熟果实对桔小实蝇进行了野外和室内的趋性测试。结果表明,桔小实蝇对2种完全成熟芒果的趋性明显。而在2种成熟芒果中,对马切苏黄软芒果的趋性更明显(P<0.01)。用GC-MS方法分析测定了两品种芒果和其两成熟度果实的气味挥发性组分,发现8种物质(2-丁醇、乙酸乙酯、1-辛醇、2-丁烯酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、3-羟基-2-丁酮、а-蒎烯、а-石竹烯)在成熟芒果中的含量平均增加了2倍以上,这些物质的含量增加可能是引起桔小实蝇更趋向于成熟芒果的重要原因之一。在成熟马切苏芒的气味物质中,每种醇、酯类物质以及а-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、3-羟基-2-丁酮含量均高于成熟三年芒,这些物质可能对桔小实蝇偏爱马切苏芒果有重要影响。The taxis responses of oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis to the odors of ripe and unripe fruit of Martssu and Sannian mango were examined. The results showed the adults tested preferred to two ripe mango. Moreover, in two types ripe mango, the fruit fly preferred to ripe Martssu mango( P 〈 0.01 ). Gas chromatographic-mass spectrometric(GC-MS) analysis of volatiles compounds from two stages and two types of mango revealed that the contents of eight volatile compounds (2-butyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, 1-Octanol, 2-butenoic acid ethyl ester, butyl acetate, a- pinene, 3-hydrexy-2-butanone, a- caryophyllene)increased two times in average at two ripe mango. The eight volatile compounds were possible reasons for the fruit fly preferring ripe mango. The contents of each alcohols, each esters and a- pinene, β- pinene ,3-hydroxy- 2-butanone increased in the volatile compounds of ripe Martssu mango, these compounds perhaps played an important role in the oriental fruit fly preferring ripe Martssu mango.
