摘 要:本文介绍一种由新鲜鸡蛋黄20g、食用植物油60mL、加入清水、总体积1000mL组成的可提高生物杀虫剂防治效果的生物增效剂的应用技术。含3%-8%该生物增效制剂的2%阿维菌素乳油,施药后7d,小菜蛾虫口平均下降率为85.79%-90.93%,平均校正防治效果为86.90%-91.59%,比单用2%阿维菌素乳油的平均防治效果提高率为5.85%~12.19%,平均校正防治效果提高率为5.26%-10.94%。用含3%~8%该生物增效制剂的100亿活芽孢/g苏云金杆菌可湿性粉剂(BT),施药后7d,小菜蛾虫口平均下降率为83.42%~86.69%,平均校正防治效果为84.69%-87.80%,比单用100亿活芽孢/克苏云金杆菌可湿性粉剂(Bt)的平均防治效果提高率为19.48%-24.16%,平均校正防治效果提高率为17.41%~21.72%。该生物增效制剂及其组合物不污染环境,对人畜安全,制备工艺简单、价格低廉,能显著提高生物杀虫剂防治效果,应用潜力大。A type of biological synergist which can improve the controlling efficacy of bio-pesticides obviously was proposed. The components were 20 g fresh egg yolk,60 mL edible plant oil and some water which consist of total volume 1000 mL. The experiments of 2 % abamectin EC and 10 billion spores/g Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) WP on controlling Plutella xylostella were carried out by adding 3 % -8 % the new synergist in filed. The results showed that the population of P. xylostella average decreasing rates were 85.79 % - 90.93 %, and adjusted controlling efficacy were 86.90 % -91.59 % 7 days after spaying 2 % abamectin EC by adding 3 % -8 % the new synergist. The controlling efficacy and adjusted controlling efficacy of increasing rates were 5.85 % - 12.19 % and 5.26 % - 10.94 % ,respectively. 7 days after spaying 10 billion sporea/g Bacillus thurlngiensis (Bt) WP by adding 3 % -8 % the new synergist, the population of P. xylostella average decreasing rates were 83.42 % -86.69 % ,and adjusted control efficacy were 84.69 % -87.80 %. The controlling efficacy and adjusted controlling efficacy of increasing rates were 19.48 % -24.16 % and 17.41% -21.72 % ,respectively. It had the merits of no environment pollution,safe for human and animal,simple in manufacture and low in price,and improving the controlling effects of bio-pesticides obviously. As biological synergist,it had great potential in controlling plant pests and disease.
