摘 要:以6个茎瘤芥杂交组合的P1、P2、F1、F2、B1、B2世代为试材,采用世代平均数分析的多元回归法,对茎瘤芥生育期的基因效应进行了分析。结果表明:杂种F1代生育期基本没有超亲现象,双亲生育期的表现制约着F1代的表现;遗传以加性效应占绝对优势;显性效应在某些组合显著存在,并显得重要;上位性效应较为普遍,其主要是加性与加性的互作;加性类效应明显大于非加性类效应;生育期的遗传改良宜累加选择。Six F1 tumorous stem mustard hybrids, F2's, backcrosses B1's and B2's and their parents were included to study gene effects of growth period using multiple regression of the generation means. The results showed that the growth periods of the F1 hybrids had no superiority over their parents. An F1 growth period depended on both parents. The results showed that additive effect was predominant in tumorous stem mustard and the major factor by which the growth period was influenced. The dominant effect was significant and even apparently existed to be more important for some crosses. Epistatic effect was a little rifer than the dominant effect and the main effect of it's was interaction of additive effect. Additive effects were certainly bigger than non-additive ones. Gene accumulated selection should be conducted in improving growth period.
