摘  要:采用随机区组设计,以罂粟(Papaver somniferum L.)为供试材料,进行不同浓度烯效唑处理下主茎不同叶位叶SPAD(Soiland Plant Analyzer Development,土壤作物分析仪器开发)值的测定。分析了罂粟叶片SPAD值与叶绿素含量的关系,在此基础上研究不同浓度烯效唑对罂粟叶片SPAD值的影响,并确定SPAD值在不同叶位间的变化规律。结果表明:罂粟叶片的叶绿素含量与SPAD值呈极显著线性相关。在本试验设置的不同浓度烯效唑处理中,罂粟上部4片叶的SPAD值较高,SPAD值随叶位的下降而下降。因此,在考虑叶片大小的因素后,测定罂粟叶片SPAD值时,以选择倒3叶或倒4叶较为适宜。The random block design was used in the experiment. SPAD( Soil and Plant Analyzer Development) values of opium poppy( Papaver somniferum L. ) leaves at different concentrations of unieonazole(S-3307) levels were determined by using chlorophyll meter (SPAD-502) through field trails. The correlation between the SPAD values and opium poppy leaves' chlorophyll contents were analyzed. Opium poppy were treated by different concentrations of uniconazole in order to see if there is any trend for the variation of SPAD value taken from leaf at different positions. The results showed that there was highly significant correlation between SPAD value and chlorophyll. Under the regimes of different concentrations of uniconazole for this experiment, the SPAD value was high for upper 4 leaves, and it was decreased as leaf went downward. When leaf size was considered, the third and fourth leaf from top of opium poppy plant were suggested for determination of SPAD value.
