摘 要:选用婆罗门牛和BMY牛供体超数排卵,以第1次人工授精(AI)当日为0d,分别在AI第6~6.5天、7—7.5天和8—8.5天回收胚胎,统计≤16细胞胚、桑椹胚、囊胚和孵化胚的数量,计算各发育阶段胚胎所占的百分率,分析婆罗门牛和BMY牛的胚胎回收适期。结果表明:婆罗门牛AI第6~6.5天的桑椹胚率比BMY牛高43.54个百分点(P〈0.01),AI第8~8.5天的孵化胚率比BMY牛高35.94个百分点(P〈0.05),胚胎发育速度比BMY牛较快。罗门牛和BMY牛在AI第6~6.5天回收胚胎的囊胚率低,而第8—8.5天的孵化胚率高,胚胎回收以AI第7—7.5天为宜。The superevulation treatment was applied to the Brahman donors and its crossbreed (BMY cattle). The embryos was recovered on 6 -6.5, 7 -7.5 and 8 -8.5 d after the first AI and the number and percentage of the cell embryos ( ≤16 cells), morulas, blastocysts and hatched embryos were counted to obtain the optimum time of recovering the embryo of Brahman and BMY cattle. The results showed that the peacentage of the morula of Brahman donors was higher 43.54 percent points than that of the BMY catfles on 6 - 6.5 d after the first AI( P 〈 0.01 ), the percentage of the hatched embryos of Brahman donors was higher 35.94 percent points than that of the BMY cattles on 8 - 8. 5 d after the first At( P 〈 0.01 ), the development rate of the Brahman donors was quicker than that of the B MY cattles, the blastocyst rate of the Brahman donors and the BMY caries was lower when the embryos were recovered 6 - 6.5 d after the first AI, but those hatched embryos rate was higher on 8 -8.5 d after the first AI, so the optimum time of recovering the embryo was on 7 -7.5 d after the first AI.
