摘 要:18周龄SPF种鸡在用网状内皮增生病病毒(REV)弱毒疫苗免疫接种后,均在11d内产生REV特异性抗体。种鸡在免疫后1~15d内均未检出病毒血症。在开产后在5个月的产蛋期内,来自免疫种鸡的雏鸡100%REV母源抗体阳性。对3日龄雏鸡的攻毒试验表明,相对于无母源抗体的SPF鸡,REV母源抗体能有效地预防或减弱经接种REV低代毒造成的生长迟缓、中枢免疫器官萎缩及其对NDV和AIV灭活疫苗免疫后抗体反应的抑制作用。SPF breeders of 18-week-old were vaccinated with attenuated vaccine of reticuloendotheliosis virus, all chickens became REV-antibody positive lld after vaccination. There was no viremia diteccted in 1-15 days after vaccination. And no REV was detected in 35 embryos collected in the early days of laying. All chick from vaccinated breeders were REV-matemal antibody positive in five months after vaccination. Restults in challenging studies at 3-day-old birds indicated that REV-matemal antibodies could effectively protect chicks from REV infection and prevent growth retardation, atrophy of central immune organs and immunosuppression on antibody responses to NDV and AIV vac- cination induced by REV infection.
