摘 要:以细角螺幼体为试验材料,探索温度和盐度单因子及双因子结合与细角螺幼体生存、生长和发育的相互关系.单因子温度与盐度对其幼体的影响试验结果表明:幼体适温范围为20~35℃,最适温度范围为25~30℃;幼体适合盐度为18~35,最适盐度范围为26~35.双因子结合试验结果表明:温度对幼体生存、生长和变态的影响比盐度更显著,细角螺幼体的最佳温度为25℃,最佳盐度为30.The effects of single factor (temperature or salinity) and two factors (both of them) on the survival and growth of juveniles Hemifusus ternatanus were studied. It showed that the proper temperature for the growth of juvernlies ranged from 20℃ to 35℃ and the optimum temperatures were between 25℃ and 30℃. Moreover, the proper salinity range were from 18 to 35 and the optimum salinity ranged between 26 and 35. Again,it showed that by experiments with 2 factors the effect of temperature was greater than that of salinity for the survival and growth of juveniles. The optimum temperature and salinity were 25℃ and 30 for the juvenile growth as result.
