摘 要:目的:观察柴板合剂对流感病毒感染小鼠肺组织的保护作用及其对胸腺指数、脾指数的影响。方法:以滴鼻的方式建立流感病毒肺适应株感染小鼠动物模型,实验设6个组,即空白对照组、模型对照组、利巴韦林组、抗病毒颗粒组、柴板合剂低剂量组、柴板合剂高剂量组。给药后观察动物,给药后的第6天分别检测与分析各组肺指数、脾指数和胸腺指数和肺组织的病理变化。结果:与模型组比较,柴板合剂低、高剂量均可改善流感病毒感染小鼠一般行为,并增加其体重、胸腺指数、脾指数,降低肺指数(P<0.05,P<0.01),可改善小鼠肺部病理变化。结论:柴板合剂可保护流感小鼠免疫器官,减轻小鼠肺部炎症。Objective:To observe the lung protection effect of CBM to infected rat by flu virus, and discuss its effects of spleen exponent and thymus gland exponent. Methods:Build the influenza virus model of small rat(FM1 lung adapts) by dripping nose, The experiment sets up six groups, they are blank space group, model group, antiviral pellet group, Libaweilin group, CBM low dosages group and high dosages group, after the 6th day of giving medicine,weight the small rat, lung, spleen and the thymus gland respectively, compare every group of weight,lung exponent,spleen exponent and thymus gland exponent, observe the pathological mechanism change of the small rat lung organizes under the light microscope. Results:to compare with model group, CBM low dosages,high dosages may improve general behavior of infected small rat and increase their weight, spleen exponent,thymus gland exponent, reduce the lung exponent obviously (P〈0.05,P〈0.01),improve the histopathology changes of lung noticeably. Conclusion:CBM can protect the immune organ of infected rat by flu virus and reduce the lung inflammation of small rat.
