九味感冒口服液的解热和体外抗病毒作用研究

摘　　要：目的:了解九味感冒口服液对动物发热模型的解热作用及体外抗病毒作用。方法:(1)解热实验:用2,4-二硝基苯酚和内毒素分别制作大鼠和家兔发热模型,九味感冒口服液分3个剂量组经口给药,于给药后不同时间测定动物体温,比较组间体温差异。(2)体外抗病毒实验:选择呼吸道合胞病毒、柯萨基B3病毒和流感病毒B进行抗病毒观察。结果:(1)解热实验:对2,4-二硝基苯酚和内毒素诱发的发热模型均有明显的解热作用,给药后1h作用最为明显。(2)体外抗病毒实验:可抑制呼吸道合胞病毒、柯萨基B3病毒和流感病毒B在细胞上的繁殖,抑毒指数分别为83.4、125和125。结论:九味感冒口服液具有明显的解热和抗病毒作用。Objective： To study the antipyretic and anti-virus effects of Jiuweiganmao oral solution experimentally. Methods：（1）Antipyretic study： Two fever animal models were established by sc 2,d-dinitrobenophol in rat and iv lipopolysaccharide in rabbit, three dosage of Jiuweiganmao were given orally, then the changes of temperature in different times after that were observed and compared;（2）Anti-virus study： Antivirus effects of Jiuweiganmao on RSV, CV B3 and CN1C-L-2 were assayed by cytopathic method. Resuhs：（1）Antipyretic study Jiuweiganmao oral solution had obvious antipyretic effects on Two fever animal models above, the best effects were observed at an hour after administration;（2）Anti-virus Jiuweiganmao oral solution can inhibit RSV, CV B3 and CN1C-L-2 in vitro. Therapeutic indexes were 83.4, 125 and 125 separately. Conclusion： The results suggested that Jiuweiganmao oral solution has obvious antipyretic effects and anti-virus effects in vitro.
