摘　　要：目的:建立测定骨筋丸(片)中芍药苷的含量的方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,Dikma Diamonsil C18柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(15:85)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长:230nm。结果:芍药苷进样量在0.2112-0.7392μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为98.33%,RSD%为1.51%(n=6)。结果:本法专属性强,准确度高,重现性好,可作为该产品质量控制方法。Objective： A HPLC method for the determination of Paeonilorin in Gujinwan Tablet was established. Methods： A Diamonsil C18 column was used with acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution （15：85） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 and column temperature was 30 ℃, the detection wavelengh wsa 230 nm. Results： A good linear was obtained for Ferulic acid in the range of 0.2112-0.7392 μg （r=0.9999）. The average recovery was 98.33%（RSD%=1.51%, n=6）. Conclusions： The mothod is specific, accurate and reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control.
