人禽流感疫区居民对防控措施效果满意度调查

摘　　要：目的了解江西省遂川县人禽流感发生1年后疫区居民对防控措施的评价。方法采用以户为单位的系统抽样方法,在疫区抽取396名14岁～居民进行问卷调查。结果89.2%的疫区居民对政府在人禽流感发生后所采取的防控措施感到满意;56.3%的居民认为将来不会再发生人禽流感疫情,且非疫点居民信心度低于疫点居民（P〈0.001）;77.2%的居民认为当前防控措施有效。结论对政府在1年前的疫情处理,疫区居民基本上满意;对当前政府防控同类事件的措施和能力也有较好的评价,但对将来不会再发生人禽流感事件的信心显得不足,尤其是非疫点居民。Objective To evaluate the control and preventive endeavor of human avian flu in residents of epidemic area one year after the epidemic. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted in 396 residents older than 14 years old radom selected in epidemic areas. Results High satisfaction rates（89. 2% ,77. 2% ） on the effect of post epidemic control and current precautionary measures were found in the participants. But 43.7% of the residents still worried about the recurrence of human avian flu in the future. Residents of the non-epidemic area had a higher level of anxiety than residents in epidemic areas. Conclusion The epidemic control and preventative measures of human arian influenza was effective.
