摘　　要：甲状腺细胞原代培养是一种较新的实验手段，在甲状腺功能和甲状腺疾病的研究工作中具有重要意义。从原代取材到单细胞悬液制备的过程是甲状腺上皮细胞体外培养成功的第一步；采用不同培养介质可以使甲状腺细胞的生存时间延长、生理功能更强；甲状腺细胞的成功冷冻保存和复苏对体外研究甲状腺生理功能和病理变化也是有重要意义的。本文对国内外甲状腺上皮细胞的体外培养予以综述。Primary culture of human thyroid epithelial cells is one of new experimental methods, which has an important meaning to investigate the thyroid function and the pathogenesis of thyroid diseases. The procedure of drawing the massa from patients＇thyroid and making the monoplast suspension is the first step of succeeding in the primary culture. Some special mediators can make the cells have a longer living term and stronger physiological functions. It is an important technique to conserve in freezing and revival thyroid epithelial cells. This article reviewed the culture in vitro of thyroid epithelial cells abroad and domestic.
