摘　　要：ILF3蛋白家族是双链RNA结合蛋白中的一员，由位于人类19号染色体上ilf3基因编码，含有2个最主要的蛋白异构体，主要参与细胞周期调控和DNA损伤修复，参与脊椎动物RNA转录、RNA剪切、RNA编辑、RNA输出、亚细胞RNA定位等多水平方面的代谢，涉及细胞发育，细胞周期和病毒感染等多重细胞功能，调节血管内皮生长因子mRNA的稳定翻译。The ILF3 protein family is one member of double-stranded RNA （dsRNA） -binding proteins, which is coded by ill3 gene mapped to human chromosome 19. ILF3 protein family mainly participates in cell cycle control, DNA break repair and RNA metabolism, at multiple levels including RNA transcription, RNA splicing, RNA editing, RNA export, subccllular RNA localization It also involves in the multiple cellular func- tions including cell development, cell life cycle, viral infection and regulates stability translation of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor mRNA
