摘 要:唇腭裂是胎儿最常见的面部畸形,超声是最常用的产前检测手段。本文从胎儿唇腭裂畸形的二维超声诊断及三维超声对唇腭裂畸形的诊断价值等方面加以综述,认为三维超声在诊断胎儿唇腭裂畸形中图像逼真直观,可做为二维超声空间信息的补充,二者结合可使胎儿先天畸形诊断率进一步提高,是产前检查胎儿唇腭裂的有效方法。Fetal cleft lip and palate is the most frequent facial malformation, Ultrasonography is the most common method to detect it. This article reviewed two-dimensional ultrasound imaging for cleft lip and palate malformation in fetus, evaluation of the diagnosis of fetal cleft lip and palate with three-dimensional ultra- sonography etc. Recent study suggested that three-dimensional uhrasonography is more precise and more clearly visible in the diagnosis of cleft lip and palate and is as the complement of two-dimensional space in- formation. Combination of the two methods will improve the diagnostic rate of the congenital malformation, and three-dimensional ultrasonography is also an efficient method to detect fetal cleft lip and palate prenatally.
