普米克令舒联合博力康尼雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨普米克令舒联合博力康尼雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘的作用。方法选择50例中度哮喘患儿，随机分对治疗组（30例）和对照组（20例），对照组常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上将普米克令舒1mg和博力康尼2．5mg溶于注射用水5mL后雾化吸入，每天2次，疗程为10d。结果治疗组总有效率（93．3％），显著高于对照组（70％），两组比较具有统计学意义。结论普米克令舒联合博力康尼雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘有良好疗效。Objective To discuss the effect of atomizing inhalation treatment of Pulmicort Linshu combined with Boll Canney to children bronchial asthma. Methods ma, which randomly dirided into treatment group （ n = 30 ） To select 50 children with moderate bronchial asth- and control group （ n = 20）. The treatment group re- ceived conventional therapy while the control group were inhalated Pulmicort Linshu lmg and Boli Canney 2.5 mg solved in 5 mL water on the basis of conventional therapy,2 times a day,a 10-day course of treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group higher than that of the control group. There was statistical significance between two groups. Conclusion Atomizing inhalation treatment of Pulmicort Linshu combined with Boli Canney is effective to treat children bronchial asthma.
