摘 要:以e-制造为背景,提出了一种用"无线射频技术"对现有制造资源进行配置,以实现对制造过程实时信息进行获取与跟踪的方法.通过对现有制造资源(包括制造设备、生产员工、载货容器等)应用无线射频技术,并建立其相应的协同工作流程,实现对制造现场数据的自动采集,进而采用多视图技术对制造过程的实时数据依据产品BOM(bill of material)结构进行归类和组合,以实现对投放于e-制造系统/车间的在制品实时信息、物料消耗实时信息的实时跟踪,为"数字化精确生产"奠定坚实的基础.最后,通过Java串口技术和多线程技术开发了体现上述思想的原型系统.A method of configuring traditional manufacturing resources with RFID technologies was proposed under the emanufacturing background, aiming at capturing and tracking the real- time information during the practical manufacturing process Typical manufacturing resources such as machines, workers and containers were equipped with RFID readers and tags, among which the coordination working flow was established so as to collect the onsite information timely and automatically. Multi - view concept was then adopted to combine and categorize the collected information according to the product' s Bill of Material (BOM), so that the real- time status and consumption information of work- in- progress materials generated in an e- manufacturing system/cell could be timely tracked and the "digital lean manufacturing" could thus be fully achieved.
