改良子宫输卵管造影器及临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:对普通的子宫输卵管造影器进行改良并应用于临床。方法:将普通的双腔球囊导管末端连接通液细管(此器械于2001年10月31日获中华人民共和国国家知识产权局颁布的实用新型专利证书),将通液细管末端牵引出X线室外,借助电视监控X线诊断机进行造影,对54例不孕症患者进行了108条输卵管造影。结果:使用该造影器造影的108条输卵管,80条通畅,推注过程顺利,28条不通。其中12条阻塞的输卵管经增加造影剂量并加压注射后变通畅。结论:该造影器解决了普通造影器使用中的缺点,提高了造影效果,技术操作条件设备要求不高,值得临床应用。Objective To improve the ordinary radiography appliance for uterus and oviduct, and applied in clinic. Method This study connected ordinary double - antrum saeculus canula end and canalieulus （ the appliance obtained practical new pattern patent certificate from Intellectual Property Rights Bureau of China on October 31,2001 ） ,draughted the fluid eanaliculus end out of the X - rays room, radi- ographed in virtue of telesupervise and X - rays. This study completed 108 oviduct radiography among 54 sterility sufferers in the General Hospital Attached tO Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group from 2003 to 2006. Results Among the 108 oviducts by radiography, 80 were open and infused smoothly, but 28 were not open, and 12 of them became open after increasing medicament and injection. Conclusion The radio- graphy appliance overcomes the disadvantages of the ordinary ones and improves the effect of radiography. It is worthy of clinic application due to the convenient technique operation and equipment.
