摘　　要：目的：观察盐酸贝那普利片（洛汀新）治疗原发性高血压动态血压变化情况。方法：72例原发性高血压患者每天服用洛汀新5—20mg／d，并在治疗前后作动态血压监测。结果：降压谷峰比（T：P）不论收缩压（SBP）还是舒张压（DBP）均〉50％，对昼夜节律无影响，不良反应发生率低。结论：洛汀新给药1次／d，24h平稳降压，降压效果好，具有全面保护心、脑、肾的作用。Objective To observe ambulatory blood pressure changes of essential hypertension patients treated with benazepril hydro- chloride （lotension）. Method Seventy -two cases with essential hypertension were treated with lotensin（5 - 20 mg/day） for 3 weeks, and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was conducted before and after treatment. Results Treatment with lotension resulted in a decrease in T： P ratio,both systolic pressure and diastolic pressure respectively 〉 50%. Lotension didn＇t influence the circadian rhythm, and the incidence of adverse effect was low. Conclusion Lotension can steadily control 24h blood pressure, result in significant BP reductions and efficiently protect the functions of heart, brain and kidney.
