摘  要:采用石蜡增塑高相对分子质量PE后纺丝并经高倍拉伸制备高强高模纤维。此法比凝胶纺丝法工艺简单,产率高、成本低。该法研究了高相对分子质量PE和石蜡共混初生纤维的萃取拉伸工艺和拉伸纤维的结构性能。A kind of high strength and high modulus fibre was prepared by means of plasticized melt spinning of high molecular weight polyethylene(HMWPE) with wax blend and high stretch ratio. This method has many advantages of simple process, high yield and low cost by comparison with gel spinning. The processes of extraction, drawing of as spun fibre of HMWPE/wax blend were investigated and the structure and properties of stretched fibre were characterized.
