摘　　要：本文论述了超高分子量聚乙烯管材单螺杆挤出工业化生产线的成功研制，其参数为：螺杆直径65mm，管材直径110mm，产量达到20～40kg/h（树脂分子量250～300万），生产过程和普通塑料管材的挤出一样连续稳定。本文还探讨了超高分子量聚乙烯管材的应用领域。This paper deals with the successful research of industrialized single-screw extrusion line of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene pipe. The parameters include that the screw diameter is 65mm, the diameter of pipe is 110mm, the output is 20-40 kg/h, the molecular weight of UHMWPE resin is 2. 5～3 million,and UHMWPE pipe obtains the same continuous and stable extrusion process as that of common plastics pipe. This paper also discusses the available application fields of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene pipe.
