广东汉族人肿瘤坏死因子α-238G/A基因多态性

摘　　要：目的了解广东汉族人肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)α-238G/A基因的分布特点。方法应用聚合酶链反应技术对150例正常人肿瘤坏死因子α-238G/A基因进行扩增,以Ncol进行限制性内切酶酶切图谱分析,并结合文献进行了不同种族间的分析比较。结果TNFα-238G/G、TNFα-238G/A、TNFα-238A/A表型频率分别为:0.9600、0.0400、0,TNFα-238G、TNFα-238 A基因频率分别为:0.9800、0.0200。结论肿瘤坏死因子α-238G/A基因多态性在同种族间不同地区分布无明显的的差异。Objective To identify the distribution feature of TNFα-238G/A gene in the Hans in Guangdong Province. Methods TNFα-238G/A genes from normal individuals were amplified with PCR and their restricted enzyme digested maps analysis were done with Ncol. Results the gene frequency of TNFα-238G/A was as followed; TNFα-238G/G, TNFα-238G/ A, TNFα-238A/A genotype frequency： 0.9600, 0.0400, 0, TNFot-238G, TNFα-238 A, Genefrequency： 0.9800, 0. 0200. Conclusion TNFα-238G/A genes distribution in the Hans in Guangdong Province is different from those in other areas.
