针刺治疗痛风性关节炎急性发作疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺治疗痛风性关节炎急性发作的临床疗效。方法将60例痛风性关节炎急性发作患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组40例,采用针刺方法,对照组20例,采用口服药物,观察两组的临床疗效,并于治疗前后分别测定血清尿酸的含量。结果治疗组有效率为100%,对照组有效率为84.5%。治疗组血清尿酸含量也明显低于对照组。两组疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组镇痛和消肿效果及降低血清尿酸效果均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针刺治疗痛风性关节炎急性发作疗效显著,也是调节体内血清尿酸的有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture onthe acute attack of gouty arthritis. Methods Sixty patients with acute attack of gouty arthritis were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups. The treatment group of 40 cases received acupuncture and the control group of 20 cases took medicine. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated in the two groups. Serum uric acid was measured before and after treatment. Results ： The efficacy rate was 100% in the treatment group and 84.5% in the control group. Serum uric acid decreased more obviously in the treatment group than in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups （P〈0.01）. The analgesic, detumescent and serum uric acid-reducing effects were all significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. Condnsiou Acupuncture has a marked therapeutic effect on the acute attack of gouty arthritis and is also an effective way to regulate serum uric acid in the body.
