穴位埋线结合针刀治疗顽固性网球肘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刀结合穴位埋线与单纯针刀、穴位埋线治疗顽固性网球肘的临床疗效差异。方法将120例顽固性网球肘患者随机分为针刀结合穴位埋线组(针线组)和针刀组及埋线组各40例,采用单盲法,针线组采取针刀结合穴位埋线治疗,针刀组采取针刀治疗,埋线组采取穴位埋线治疗。1个疗程后观察三组患者的临床疗效,并进行对比分析。结果针线组与针刀组、埋线组有效率分别为90.0%与82.5%、85.0%,三组有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),针线组治愈率与其他两组相比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刀结合穴位埋线治疗顽固性网球肘具有治愈率高的特点。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of a knife needle plus acupoint catgut-embedding with simple knife needle and simple acupoint catgut-embedding in treating refractory tennis elbow. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with refractory tennis elbow were randomly allocated to a knife needle plus acupoint catgut-embedding group （needle plus catgut-embedding group）, a knife needle group and acupoint catgut-embedding group, 40 cases each. The single blind method was used. The needle plus catgut-embedding group was treated with a knife needle plus acupoint catgut-embedding, the knife needle group, with a knife needle and the acupoint catgut-embedding group, by acupoint catgut-embedding. After one course of treatment, the clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated in the three groups and compared among them. Results The efficacy rate was 90.0% in the needle plus catgut-embedding group, 82.5% in the knife needle group and 85.0% in the acupoint catgut-embedding group. There was no statistically significant difference in the efficacy rate among the three groups （P〉0.05）. There was a statistically significant difference in the cure rate between the needle plus catgut-embedding group and the other two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion A knife needle plus acupoint catgut-embedding treatment for refractory tennis elbow is characterized by a high cure rate and marked therapeutic effect.
