摘 要:为了实现注水泵站的优化运行,降低注水单耗,实现系统节能,研发了PCP技术设备,在PCP的基础上进一步研发了SPCP压流双控自动注水泵站系统。该系统采用增加前置泵低压变频调节,利用离心泵串联的特性变化以及仪表检测、自动化控制等技术手段,由双置增压泵,通过变频调速器和控制柜,分别控制增压泵流量和压力,从而控制注水泵出口流量和压力,达到压力、流量双控的目的,实现了油田的自动化注水,提高了注水效率,降低了电能消耗。实践证明,该系统与采用高压变频器相比,可以提高泵效,每天节约用电5959kW·h。To solve the existing problem in the process of field water injection,a pressure-flow controlled automatic water injection pump station system was developed. By means of low-pressure variable-frequency regulation of added preset pumps,use of the characteristic changes of centrifugal pump series as well as instrument examination and automatic control,the system can control the flow and pressure of the vent of the water injection pump,arrive at the goal of the double control of pressure and flow,achieve the automation of water injection in oil fields,improve the efficiency of water injection and decrease the consumption of electricity,through the control of the flow and pressure of the double booster pumps. Practice proves that,compared with the pump station adopting the high pressure frequency converter,the system can improve the pumping efficiency and save the electricity consumption of 5,959 kW/d.
