摘　　要：针对现有各种抽油机难以同时满足可靠性高和节能效果好2种要求的现状,开发了长环形齿条抽油机。这种新型抽油机采用"齿轮-长环形齿条"机构,由小齿轮的单向旋转驱动长环形齿条上下运动,并带动滑块做上下往复运动,从而实现基本的抽油动作。通过简单的结构和尺寸改变,能实现不同冲程和冲次,并可设计成重型抽油机。样机在胜利油田的现场应用表明,这种抽油机具有节能效果好、可靠性高、运行平稳、维护方便等特点,具有较高的推广应用价值。According to the fact that available pumping units cannot simultaneously satisfy high reliability and good energy-saving effect,a type of long-ring rack pumping unit was developed. This new type of unit adopts the mechanism of gear plus long-ring rack,with the one-way small rotating gear driving the long-ring rack to move up and down,making the slider move up and down in a repeated way and thus achieving the basic pumping movements. The different stroke lengths and pumping numbers can be achieved through a simple change of the structure and dimensions and the unit can be further designed as a heavy one. The on-the-spot application of the sample unit in the Shengli Oilfield proves that the pumping unit has its own advanced features such as high efficiency of energy-saving,high reliability,smooth operation and convenient maintenance.
